Effective communication is essential for productive and rewarding workplace relationships. Here is what some of my cross-functional partners have said about my collaboration style and communication.
Petra.
Software Engineer, Intuit
Joffrey is a "design quality - driven" designer. I received many actionable feedback from him on helping me improve the design quality of two projects I owned (Custom Report, Financial Data Importer), such as improving info visual hierarchy, or simplifying interactions.
Joffrey helped the team hold the bar of quality. He participated in bug bash sessions to help engineers fix issues and pinged my team to share his feedback on how we can improve the quality of implementations.
Jonathan.
Product Manager, Intuit
Joffrey's style of discussing designs is so positive. He has opinions, and he's happy to defend them, but he's never defensive about anything, and never stuck on any stance when the tide is against him.
Joffrey's ability (and willingness) to tackle multiple projects simultaneously is critical to the smooth functioning of the team.

About
With 8 years of experience across brand and product design, at companies large and small, I’ve developed a skillset with breadth and depth. I worked at Intuit as a Product Designer, was previously a Lead Creative Designer at Criteo, a Visual Designer at Fullsix, a freelance designer commissioned by a variety of clients, and a close collaborator to many incredible people. I’m a classically trained designer, who holds a double degree in Industrial Design and Computer Engineering.
